- Services fully completed and delivered as agreed
- Client changes mind after project completion
- External factors beyond TIM's control (platform changes, etc.)
- Refund requests made after applicable refund period
- Violation of terms of service by client
6. Performance-Based Refunds
Results Guarantee
For certain services, we offer performance-based guarantees:
- Digital Advertising: If we don't improve your cost-per-acquisition by 20% within 90 days, receive a 50% refund
- SEO Services: If we don't improve your organic traffic by 25% within 6 months, receive a partial refund
- Conversion Optimization: If we don't improve your conversion rate by 15% within 60 days, receive a 30% refund
7. Affiliate Program Refunds
Commission Disputes
- Commission disputes must be reported within 30 days
- We'll investigate and resolve within 15 business days
- Adjustments will be made in the next payout cycle
Account Termination
- Earned commissions will be paid out according to normal schedule
- Pending commissions may be forfeited if account terminated for violations
